Mark Graham is President/CEO of PegRock and is responsible for commercializing its assets and managing the company. Prior to founding PegRock, Mark was Managing Director in investment banking and finance at Salomon Brothers, Citi and Barclays Capital responsible for the creation of new products, several of which won Deal of the Year awards from industry publications.

Jim Archer is Executive Vice President of PegRock and one of the co-inventors of the company's first product. Jim is an active homebuilder in Oklahoma City and before that was the plant engineer at Gabriel Shock Absorbers and Delta Faucet.

Bob Graham is a board member of PegRock and one of the co-inventors of the company's first product.  Bob is an engineer who ran his own business for over 30 years serving heavy industry throughout the US and Canada with custom industrial equipment.
